How is it fair to make me use my company email to schedule and set up interviews? We don't have access from home or our phones.... I was on leave for 2 weeks due to covid and came back and missed 2 interview opportunities... HR told me tough luck.

Stop being a whiny little b–ch.
If you are on leave you can't work. This has nothing to do with unfair hiring practices. This applies to anyone on leave not just you.
Out of office email with contact info.
But they can make me do trainings?
If you’re on leave you aren’t eligible to interview as it’s working time.
Or have your manager check it while you’re out
Or auto forward your work email to your personal email
You can't interview for jobs while you are on leave, so it's very fair. You missed those opportunites, so try again when you return from leave.
