My older American team were given the heave ho.
Then the offshore teams began hiring. How coincidental.

I recently filed an age discrimination inquiry with the EEOC. My interview is scheduled for December to determine if an investigation and charges can/should be filed. Also contacted an employment lawyer but have not received retainer yet.
I suspect the IBM age discrimination “tsunami” is just forming.
Translation: if you believe you were discriminated against, file an inquiry now with the EEOC.
