Has been an absolute nightmare !!! Was supposed to start 9/20. Informed will not be in that class and now most likely the 10/4 class. Still no confirmation or no supervisor, come on now Verizon what’s going on

I interviewed 3 weeks ago yesterday, my Co workers have gotten rejection emails for telesales, but I still havent recieved an email or phone call after my interview, trying to be patient.
Not sure what you all expect when they are trying to transition thousands of employees into new roles. What's the big deal? You are still collecting a paycheck while you are waiting.
Same.. was told I would get an offer letter. All I got was a google form to fill out that did not work. The entire process has been a sh– show. The job announcement said work anywhere in the USA, now there is location restrictions. The people I have contacted for information have been rude and downright incompetent.
