I'll take severance and unemployment till all this covid is over. Good thing some states raised the unemployment some. Good luck all. And remember. Later you'll look back on this as a blessing. I've been through before at a different company
It will be all stores not at a 60/40 ratio...full timers who make alot and been around for a while. ASM'S WILL go from 50 to 45 or 45 to 40 some will be let go, others will be offered to be a dept supv... or the option of severance. Apparently there will be 90 days until the payroll structure goes into effect, how wondetful..that brings all of us to the week of thanks giving...happy holidays.. I hope all are smart and totally screw them that week and rest of holiday season..Mark has dismantled so much since coming on board..u have destroyed lives and peoples financial well being..good luck and so much for there SM"discloseure" some actually have a heart

Well I hope not! But a lot of mgrs work very hard and really care about this company
Who knows I might be affected tomorrow but I have worked with some lazy FT's ASM's and have seen many PT FT quit because of DM's and SM's who could not lead and or hold people accountable.

I for one applaud this move. So many useless FTs and AMSs who don’t pull their weight and even some SMs. They gobble up hours with no productivity and expect PTs to pick up the slack!!! Unfortunately feel bad for those hard working FT, ASM who are gonna be let go. Collateral damage :/
not going to backfire. You assuming all FT's, ASM's and anyone else getting let go are actually good at their jobs. Some have been dead weight to their respective stores.
All these separations, layoffs and firing Are going to back fire tremendously come fourth quarter when the freight is twice as much with half the help.
So apparently all DMs are going to send all the SMs a list today or in the morning to determine who's going and who's getting demoted or whos as in ASMs r being saved but with less pay...I think everyone should call out tomorrow and screw the stores...this company has taken so much from our lives and has never respected the devoted thru good and bad
And we have yet again a worker who knows more then Managers. So many on here know more, do more and work their butts off. Haha

None Disclose, yep..The SM have to wait till the DM reaches out to them with the final decisions. It will take place Tomorrow. Who stays, who goes, tomorrow.,

FYI all or most FT's and alot of PT's ling term or making alot r most likely getting let go..ASM will go to 45 from 50 with a likely pay reduction and 48 hours to decide to take severance or new supv position..this company is totally doing wrong by all..good luck trying to run a business with no real help

The call was moved to 12. Told it was about 1 to an hour and a half. Sure the news will start to spill out soon after the call is over. Some one will let the cat out of the bag.
Apparently all calls were getting re scheduled for later times today
Pretty sure the ASM s being let go are the ones in the 200 stores being close.

Restructuring. Some Asm 50 will be let go some down to 45.
It would be nice if the company would just let us all know where we all stand instead of all being in limbo and having angry employees. Alot of us are very devoted and long term and basically they have sh– all over us thus far

So let me ask. What do you just go into work as a full timers and hear that you’re now part time? Do you tell you that you lose whatever benefits, vacation personal days and sick days that you still have?

Well, we'll all find out what's going on in a couple of hours. Get your resumes ready. Can't hurt, even if nothing happens.
ASM's did not sign any agreements. They were given the choice of working 45 or 50 hours a week. Then OT after that. Whatever the call is about we will be informed. The stores can not run with just an SM, and 40 hour Department Supervisor's and a few PT people. That may work in lower volume locatons, but not A. But really it may just that. And a few weeks ago the SM had to update employees Primary job descriptions in the Force. Also they were asked for succession plan of there people, who can do this , and where you see them moving forward.
So , maybe we will be called different titles like RM's being Senior DM's. And a lawsuit, don't think so buddy. Most states are at will employment.
