The attrition is way higher due to many regrettable exit. Kept low because functional heads cannot explain, quite a shame.
Originally I was disappointed that I got communicated that I’m let go via zoom. But the Zoom filter showed that my supervisor cares.

If you consistently rank high and have high visibility no need to worry right? Now you worry after never put in any effort? Layoffs or PIP shouldn’t really affect you if you have offers on the sideline.
