Our AMM , KR of Florida was brought back as SM
They also eliminated the Area Merch managers in this. They are not coming back from Furlough- as I was told by one who was still on it.

They replaced the vp of hr and changed her title. Who knows what is next. It is a blood bath and beyond. More layoffs are happening all week. They really don’t care about their employees only the money. We all thought things would change and be better with the new ceo . It doesn’t seem like that is true.

The post from a DM who was let go is fake. OMG who thinks this trash us real? No DM Is going to lose their job and run to this board.nor are they going to use the term " it s gonna be a train wreck" tlsome of these posts are unbelievable

a lot of fat at the Corp office. There are opportunities out there folks. Be proactive.
22 DMs affected. RM position eliminated but some were demoted to Senior DM’s.

A couple excellent DMs in south Florida let go today, sad that the company is headed this direction.. DMs will now have 20+ stores and do walks via video chat.

Only 3 in Florida left the most tenured which BTW doesn’t mean they are the best.
2 of the 3 can’t work any of the new technology. ITS GONNA BE A TRAIN WRECK.
The only good thing are the SM’s and store staff that are still in position. They will drive the stores and make them better. Good Luck.
