I am at Amazon now. I make about 100% more than I was at Oracle 3 years ago. I am so glad I left.
Absolutely agree. Oracle is a POS company. Little kids masquerading as management. A–holes playing dirty tricks on people. If you think you are just working, and everyone is normal, it's because you haven't been there long enough to understand who is lying to you and why.
It's a sh–ty company. Horrible people, especially management. Everyone is corrupt and running some scam for themselves.

Oracle kept food on the table for me and my family for over 10 years and that I am grateful. It has lost some of the prestige that it once had but I’m sure LE will make Oracle great again! For the haters, I feel sorry for you that you still work at Oracle when you hate it so much. Life’s short so go find work in a workplace you love and free yourself of misery
And Oracle didn’t get the best from Amazon either, the ones they have are Amazon’s PIP’ed wastes
The comparison with AMZN is funny. ORCL combines the ruthless, fraud-based, willfully lawless culture of AMZN – after all, every senior manager at OCI came from AWS – with a failing business model and the general panicked attitude of a sinking ship.
The tighter and deeper the pit gets, the more viciously the rats claw each other to stay near the lip.
AMZN might be evil, but they're at least smart. ORCL is just as evil, but stunningly stupid. You tell me how that usually works out.
Yep POS full PsOS. If you are decent, you are dead. Customers have known for a long time, new cloud customers are learning. OCI hires a-holes. The new normal. If Amazon is worse, I'm truly sorry to hear that.
