Verizon corporate leaders should all be in prison for what they're doing to there Hard working retail employees. First, your commissions check is taking away and now your days off. I use to request Monday as a day off to take my father to dialysis. Now with with our new system and policies I have to request Monday as personal or vacation time. Spoke to my GM and DM and it was like talking to a wall. This one team is b—s— these people don't give a sh– about anyone but themselves and there pockets.

Availability patterns can still be set in advance. If you're getting stonewalled by your leaders talk to HR. It is 100% doable, your leaders are mistaken.

If you want time off at a moments notice, just act incapable of handling any assignments. In my work area, the “non productive” techs get sent to the “non performance group”. The technicians in this group main responsibility is to make sure their timesheet is signed off, this can be a daunting task, but they all seem to get it done. This is a Union job, so if you aren’t in the Union, you are not eligible. I hope this helps, time to get back to watching the democratic convention reviews... Joe Biden + Union = More Free stuff...

Yes true! However. You can put not available for that specific day.in the app! Also, I can't believe they won't work with you? And give you every Monday off.our location the manager asked everyone what other day during the week you want off( Sundays we're closed) Your DM and Gm must have taken the empathy training for management dimwits that the training not available to reps? Also tne be" human "training to everyone but the frontline. Its just the constant hypocrisy thats taking place at the retail level.l must admit this team selling concept smoke and mirrors and not happening at my location once its everyone for themselves? Lastly I sa the gm looking at individual numbers like like the old days.
