And now those VPs are hiring even more cronies from Norton/Symantec, all Directors. Message to current employees, don’t bother to apply to any of our roles, we will only hire our friends. Investigate the sickening bias!

When you are hired into a c-suite position you can pretty much hire whomever you want.
I know vlookup. Can I get promoted?
Been with SJ on some meetings, she appreciates if you can login into a system and actually show her something. 90% of HON director and above know how to use email, word, ppt and maybe excel. They are not suited for ANY employment in a technology company
You would rather that they keep the wonderful experts that are currently in place doing a whiz-bang job?
Also get Americans out and fill with Indians or Bangalore the US jobs...... Process already started....
Joke's on them if they take a job at Honeywell. It's the same as taking a job on the titanic only worse since titanic had lifeboats.
What a waste. Multiple clueless Directors, Senior Directors, VPs, CTO's.. boat anchors to a sinking ship. Only qualification needed- "yes sir/yes madam", you'll keep getting promoted. Many are unqualified and clueless about technology. They don't even know what they don't know. The ones that do know have left, are leaving or are waiting for offers. . Hire the brightest but they need someone to lead them. If leadership is clueless. they all go to the ditch and don't stay around.
Honeywell's gene pool needs some bleech. If you really want culture change, you dont promote from lifelong people within.
Weird post. This is SOP
“It’s good to be the King.”
“Knight jump Queen. Bishop jump Queen...”
Has she delivered something?
SOP. Folks there from the previous VP better get ready for the PiP ride.
Just wait til they get a taste of the Hon culture. Some will thrive, some will dive.
Same as always. New execs. always bring their friends along. For 1 thing they feel like they can trust them in their new role.
