Following today’s global meet, anyone know which countries will have a voluntary redundancy program offered?

Lmao gotta love Chuck saying In the earnings call they're gonna spend more R&D money on the cloud...a little late bud..also I love how butt hurt Cisco is over zoom. Zoom is a– raping us
Asking why Cisco doesn't have a cloud solution will result in a voluntary LR. Or the mere mention of Zoom's marketshare will get you sidelined.
Well, if that’s true ( I don’t believe it is) then it has NOT been announced. The only announced LR is the forced one starting with notification on Oct 7th.
Not true you can leave Cisco and get a severance package voluntarily
Wasn’t that for ER rather than voluntary LR?
There is no voluntary LR. You can go on part-time at 80% - that's it.
@rco+16ryRa8i yea that's what I see it as to. Instead of waking up one day and you don't have a job, you can plan a little around it :/
Following Gerri’s latest email, looks like it’s not ‘voluntary’ per se, but just more forced, and with a longer timeline and more bribery to get you to “agree” to the terms they prefer.
Or am I being cynical?
Wasn’t that for ER rather than voluntary LR? They said the VLR would be in as many countries as possible/legal but I didn’t catch specifics.
JINX!
