Has anyone else club have a cheer at the end of their meetings? I don't know how anyone feels about the cheer but I think it is cringey. I will refuse to participate, this is not high school.

What are these meetings u speak of? Even before the pandemic my club didn’t have regular meetings !
Stuck in the 90's for sure.....i laugh when I see the copyright 1990 on the smart system!! Image so much of the way the business is run is based on a 30 year old system. Well at least its never down....unlike being unable to log onto a tc70 all day!!
We don't even have meetings any more, not since COVID. We were told we can't come together in a group because of social distancing
Uh huh...
Give me an S (Stay in your same position for years)
Give me an A (Any attitude you give will result in a coaching)
Give me an M (Managment is reserved for do nothings and know it alls)
Give me an apostrophe HUUUUH
Give me an S (Stay past your shift time and cut back on Friday but you still better get all your work done)
What's that spell? Crippling depression!!!!!
No cheer here either in a year.
We always do the SAMS cheer . If you don’t like it quit
I agree 100%! I also will not participate in high fiving. I am not some 7th grade boy in a locker room or on the field. I do not shake hands, do that stupid elbow thing, or do high fives with anyone. Nothing is more condescending than having a youngster with the power to coach or terminate my employment touch me in such a manner then a week later coach me or try to get me fired!
this company is stuck in the 90's so many things are outdated like the cheer the vest and so many other things when you walk in a club or a Walmart they do not look or feel modern.
We haven't had a cheer since block scheduling started. At least not on any of the 2nd shifts.
