Don't trust my director let alone any director
In this company, key word in the job title is “direct” this guy Couldn't direct a nymphomaniac at a stag night...
Yes these “directors” just speak out of both sides of their mouths
Whats with this company ? Why is it that there is a clear message from Hans, Ronen and Krista but than once it gets to directors and district managers its lost in translation?
We claim to have taken a turn for the better for the frontline employee but just replaced one metric for another, over worked cause the stores are short staffed.
I’ve learned over the last 4 months , i don't care about numbers , any of them, i don't care where we place as a store or district, coming in first does what for me? Do i get a bonus for coming in first? Do we get a trophy ? Anything? So that being said i come in , give 110% and than go home , all i ask is let me be, stop questioning my commitment, and stop micro managing me !!
Was the Director In.di.an? They're completely tone def - calling proj develpment sessions "grooming"! lol
