what happened in casualty and LDU? adjusters? processors?

Honestly, unrep holds Allstate’s casualty segment together. Without it, Allstate would prolapse. No one has to deal with the most whining, crying, fake injured f—ers more than us and we’re still to maintain professionalism because we’re “rapport” unit. The sh– Allstate does is ALWAYS premeditated. Remember, they practically forced us to sign that waiver last winter...FOR THIS VERY REASON

It really hard to fathom that represented, litigation, UM and SIU would be assessed. I really tells you Allstate has changed! I will apply elsewhere and on their website. I not going to sit tight for another 2 months to know I being cut! My are expected and better than expected but the secrecy that happening I cannot trust them anymore! People please do not be angry! Just apply and don’t give them the energy! Vent and let it go! Allstate will get there’s soon!
Wtf esurance do you have any idea what an unrepd adjuster even does? Home office referrals, get all the meds.. basically act as a shrink to these claimants and hold their hand for years sometimes.. all while maintaining superior customer service... maybe unrep is my choice.. my skill set is fine I was handling lit files before you were born so stop being so nasty

Why all of the unnecessary stress??
If they asked (and provide an excellent severance packet), a lot of people would take voluntary termination.
Unread and getting assessed .. 36 years and they have to make sure I’m fit to do my job!
