As far is I know the title for membership associate is Memberships representative? In the club I use to work the lady is Calling herself manager and, and getting associates in trouble and harassing them. I have to quit because of no one did anything to fix the issue and still the same thing.

No drama in the workplace would be great! But most of us know that some people have to tell their business to anyone that will, or won't, listen. They are the ones that act as if they have the WORST headache anyone has ever had, the worst cramps ever, the worst childbirth, some act as if no one else ever gave birth, the worst spouse, or children , I could go on... And then, on the other end, you have those that are going through things that they don't talk about, or can't. Those people are the ones I try to listen to, in the midst of all the whining from the others.
