Ultimately Sabre will outsource 90-95 percent of their Tech. They will basically become a marketing company for awhile, until they realize the business is "slightly" more complex than a pizza chain. It's a horrid strategy, but thats the plan you'll never hear. You'll be strung along and find out one agreement at a time.

Anthony is CTO of the Manufacturing division, not the entire firm. He probably had nothing to do with this agreement.
i thought plan was to move T... to GCP. now if its "Partnership".... does it mean no GCP :)
