The question is, Will they HAVE the money to restore pay cuts?
Cengage is a mission based company and the mission is NOT to make money. We do it for The Student.
Not a chance. They will call it the “new normal.”
They’re probably going to make you “earn” that cut back through performance reviews lol if you don’t get an exceeds expectations on everything you’re not getting your money
