Dividend cut in half after huge loss.

The cut in dividend was not surprising. It was only a question about how much. I hope that Looney knows what he's doing because the market won't tolerate it for another quarter unless if all of the other super-majors also cut in the next quarter. In the mean time, those who are waiting to see what will happen to them are tense.
Which was the smart thing to do.
