Surely HPE Antonio CEO of the year would not hide behind Corporate Restructuring (i.e. I have not strategy, plan, or clue on what to do) and continue to improve short term cost efficiencies by continuing with 8/4 WFR / Layoff notices.....This is "Bernie Made-0ffing" in execution...

If you’re asking for mercy, you’re asking the wrong person.
Dear Antonio,
Thanks for making me look good.

Stop this nonsense of paying millions to upper management. Whole system is full of corruption, greed and jumping ship.
Under qualified and overpaid.
They are selling our technology and man power by bits and pieces year by year.
Whole ecosystem is being obliterated.
Letter to Antonio,
Do you really think that all these layoffs under your watch is consistent with the old hp way? Would Bill and Dave laid off all those thousands of workers that you have?
How many people have you laid off this year?
How many last year? The year before?
How about some transparency with these numbers instead of sweeping it under the rug as usual?
And finally, how many more people are you going to lay off in the next 2 years?
I hear that McKinsey is back. Maybe this time, they will streamline processes before supporting Antonio's headcount cuts. I almost said that with a straight face, of course, they won't. Someone on another thread mentioned the fact the HPE is becoming very woke. I agree, but nothing says compassion like cutting people and cutting pay while having $5B in cash. Less now after buying another company to make up for a lack of innovation.
Antonio is going to restructure right up until HPE can find a real leader.
He does have a two year restructuring plan so hang on to your pants.
I'll be making more money leaving the company and finding a job than working here for three months. As my friend told me, "You're literally profiting off your layoff than and then working for a new company shortly after than you are working there."
