I’ve had my membership at in Va. for 27 years. Why is Sam’s Club note selling tires, honoring their warranty? I’m 68 yrs old female, having to take my tires off, pay someone and bring them into the club. I can’t get them properly takes care of. Both Costco and BJ’s in the area never closed down.
What is your excuse? Loyal member but being forced to cancel my membership, get my Plus memberships back, and join Costco.

Your right, I’m no better than any other members. Yes, I cashed in my cash rewards, cash back from my MasterCard, and a gift card they gave me for my trouble. I immediately went to membership and refunded my $100 membership. Thanks Sam’s Club it has been nice, but Costco was happy to get a new member and $750.00 for new tires. I definitely will miss the associates who work there, it’s not there fault. They are are as frustrated as their members

Just because you’re a 27 year member, you’re not any different then any other member. They are closed for everyone. If you don’t like it, cancel your membership or ask for a refund. You’re more then welcome to go to somewhere else.
