This company do not value merchandiser! Merchandiser have numerous of rolls and don’t get paid. Merchandiser are looked down upon in this company. Merchandiser will never get a raise NEVER!!!!

Yeah that's right you guys are the best and perfect. I guess I shouldn't be a merchandiser.
Every associate gets a pay raise at the same time at the beginning of the year. To be honest, the merchandisers at our club are the LEAST worked people. Yes they are asked to help in other areas but they are the last ones asked, not the first because the members need to see them on the floor. They get their breaks and lunches on time, unlike other areas. They don’t volunteer very much to leave their areas even when finished with assigned tasks. They keep their heads down even when members appear to need help. But even with that, they get the job done and do it well! The most multi-functional people that have to leave their areas to cover others are carts, TBC, optical, membership, marketing, maintenance, and right now the taste-n-tips team. If you ask in our club THOSE are the associates deserving a raise on the pay scale. I’m sorry you don’t get treated well in your club.
I along with my fellow merchandisers are all over the club. We help members, zone, stock, spot forklifts, answer phones just to mention a few of our tasks. Oh and then we get pulled to the front end to either be a runner or a cashier. To all my fellow associates, we all are worth more money and respect.
This company truly don’t care about a merchandiser unfortunately!!
