Anyone seeing any pay decreases being put in place / discussed / put in place some time ago already? I've seen a few comments in other threads over time but never saw much more info about it. Anyone able to weigh in?

Sorry but, but you are responsible for your own value in the market. For the employees complaining about salary cuts, etc.. that’s on you. And yeah I know, it is much easier to complain about pay cuts than it is to own up and do something about it.
I guess than, by you appraisal, Winners know how to keep the boss happy, and Losers know how to work to get things done.
Winners get raises. Losers get cuts. Look in the mirror and ask yourself if you are a winner or a loser and you will have the answer to your question.
No pay raises for years is a pay cut
In some countries a pay cut might be viewed as constructive dismissal... go directly to go and collect your severance.
If they cut your wages, you can vote with your feet. Oracle is not your friend, it's where you work.
They don’t need to cut pay, just dont give raises, inflation does the rest
Yes. Comp reductions are real. Happened to me.
BOHICA
No need to sweat this. According to management you should consider yourself lucky to be employed by Oracle at all.
HTH!
