Lowes keeps saying they won’t make us enforce masks “for our safety”. What a joke! The MASKS are for our safety! Wtf! LOWE’S needs to enforce it,not us. So we want to prevent an employee from dying from any kind of altercation, yet many more will die from Covid. Like the other poster said you can’t have a both ways Marvin!
And another thing, I was in the training room the other day taking yet another test. Bunch of the managers came in for some meeting, and they told me I could stay to finish my training. Not one of them had a mask on, including the store manager. They were all sitting right next to each other sharing candy, coughing, and all kinds of c-ap. I couldn’t f—ing believe my eyes. I got up to leave and they asked me where I was going. I said that I wasn’t gonna stay in a confined space with a bunch people who refuse to wear masks and that my training could wait.
So now what’s happening? I’m being harassed and bullied by other employees because I’m too “scared “to be around the managers etc. No I’m just scared about being around chronic stupidity and Covid. Lowes needs to teach the managers to be freaking grownups and enforce this sh–.
