People refuse to send information because they want to show their power and for no other reason. Lame reasons like the information being confidential even though many people know it already.
When something goes wrong they try to blame others.
They ask for feedback and then when they get it they try to pretend that the feedback is not about them.
Can agree with everything said. Especially withholding data to maintain power. The lack of collaboration is astonishing. Why cant you share it? "you wont understand it" ok man...

Lot of good actuaries (i.e. the ones really want to make change) either already left the company or got laid off.
