What a sham. I’m ready to leave. Everyone’s interactions are fake and nothing is real. People are getting paid on a fake stats. The director has no clue what she is doing and everyone including management talks bad about her behind her back. How about you be a human and look at other things except spreadsheets. I can’t wait to get out. See you later Oracle. This team s—s, at least let us do renewals and be real sales people.

Are you referring to the newly promoted VP of sales in F&B? She talks bad behind everyone’s back, customers don’t like her, she works off of spreadsheets and is unprofessional. She felt protestors in San Diego should be shot and she said that on a team call!

100% agree. Ready to leave class of as well. Everyone fakes their numbers and opps are made up out of thin air. Job has driven my mental health into the ground. No empathy from management at all, even during a global pandemic. Customers are losing their jobs of course they don’t want to purchase another sh**y oracle product but management can’t seem to grasp that concept.
Fake stats? Oh you must be referring to DOA/NPA cloud fraud sales tactics.
Has the big new Texas campus LE and MH built for them filled up? The apartments developed? How full?
MH did a lot of damage at Oracle by trying to get cheap and letting all the seasoned sales people and leaders go to competitors like SFDC, AWS, MSFT, GCP, WD, etc...
Oracle is having problem with their strategy. Oracle digital sales team in AP region is doing some stupidity of importing one group of vietnamese sales/client rep team from Vietnam based in Singapore to handle customer in Vietnam. Oracle is paying more instead of hiring them locally and put them near to their clients. It is one kind of stupidity of wasting resources on public fund and ineffective of managing their customer. Nothing look like real works
