Anyone know why we not getting any hazard pay?

Hazard pay? Wtf our hazard pay is the face masks they are giving to us +$300 -taxes= $0000.
I’m pretty sure max quarterly bonus is 850.00 full timers and the last one and this one was only 600.00 . I know our club is way over in profit so they’re getting most of that 300.00 back by cutting our quarterly bonus ! Not fooling me !
Yes, let’s gripe about the bonus money we’ve gotten plus the one that comes on August paycheck.
This company is getting richer by the day. All of us who show up day after day and don't call in should make more money.

Someone has to pay for the free masks at the door. Not them. Guess who? You, me, we. That's called hazard pay.
They thought the occasional 300/150 would be enough of a pacifier. They can't upset the major shareholders who will be due HUGE record dividend payments this year. So no hazard pay. They will probably give us a pizza party. ( yay ) and a major reset with full audits for all the hard work we've done.
We wouldn't want "the company" to have any further costs, now would we?!!!
We will have gotten $900 by Aug 20. That's not too bad. But $2/hr for 5 months is about $1,700. If it was done this way, the people that actually go to work would get a bigger piece, that is actually deserved, while those who stay home get way less, or close to zero, which is also well deserved. And it would be at no further cost to the company. But, no. That's too much to ask. They're giving hazard pay to folks that aren't actually taking on the hazard. Great.
