We need more managers and micromanaging that should make things work much smoother,a few more layers of managers with less hourly that should do the trick.Maybe reducing the management team by 50% would help with operating cost,oh wait we never do that I'm sorry
Just shut the place down. Best sgl is gone, everyone is a joke and they keep b–ching get the work out. Well bring some people back or stop yelling about 48 hours. We get some of the worst units on the system to try and work on.
