Just got an alert and kinda freaking out...for those that got them, were they sent overnight or regular ground? Signature required?

Yeah, could just be a new version of the employee handbook or your 401k plan.
I've gotten stuff like that over the years.

Although I never left the work location, my "return to work" package came by snail mail, not FedEx. I definitely was not expecting that.
They're also sending covid return to work packages out. Face Mask, door opening tool, thermometer, etc. So, unless you have a mysterious meeting on your calendar, I wouldn't be too concerned.
As stated in other threads, displacement packets will not be sent until the displaced have been notified.
A lot of sensitive packages are sent via overnight ground. I just had a new badge delivered that way. Try to relax, you should have had a meeting placed on your calendar if it was your time.
