Academy store audit will be done in every store and each areas pass or fail determines my share bonus. If passing 80% score that area only will get bonus.....no more total store bonus so MUSTbe on one best way processes and measured quarterly. Teams in stores may not get a bonus when other teams do

We were told yesterday what our store 40 to 60 million structure was. 3 coaches, 9 team leads, 1 aacm, 1 apm. We are a academy store so they go to a 3 coaches in the academy no dept managers. Only dept manager in the store auto center. Every dm will be ranked and placed into team leads if they are interested. Remaining will keep pay for one year with bonus structure for c/d levels for the entire year. On October 22,2021 your pay will go to the position level structure for position.
Would love to know what is going to happen with the academy structure

ALL DM & ASM roles/titles go away. Store Managers use talking points beginning 9/15 & 16 with salary team first.
All rated 2 months ago with MHRM/POL to rate associates impacted first with job elimination. Rating is independent of evaluation....2 completely different ratings. Will no longer be ASM or DM as you know it today!!!!!
