Sounds like an uptick in the HW side of the business. Wonder if Oracle will start to hire people back to update SPARC given the market opportunity. Oracle Cloud sounds ready to explode.

All hardware mfg is moving to Foxconn and Mitac.
To get off these platforms is very complex and costly so it's not surprise here.
While not s-xy, on prem HW will generate sales for a long time.
The hardware guys are unphased sitting by the Fax machine taking orders. They dont understand what the whole commotion is at Oracle as everyone of them is making money on hardware refreshes on Sparc and Exa. I know this being an ex Tech rep.
