Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

B360 is a joke! Adding 2 tablets with 2 tablet essential plans to a new account ... I get an incompatible plan error. Tried upside down and sideways , call Core, and no one can figure it out. After numerous reboot clear cache over and over it , the system magically works. What a waste of time. Same thing, adding new to an old 110 plan, I get the same error and the same circus starts all over.

I also remember a time when our point of sale system was actually functional and reliable. System issues are usually the number one gripe with my fellow reps in my store, but instead of actually listening they break it further and then give us the biggest goddamn joke of a system in business 360. Jesus christ, front line people have never been more embarrassed trying to get through transactions, all the while the suits yelling that it's now all about providing a perfect customer experience? It's like the scene in Elf where the company wants to make money off books, but their people are putting out books that are missing the last pages.. Suits are completely blind to what's actually occurring in stores with these POS tablets and the embarrassment they're causing. It's the most horrible and embarrassing thing I've ever had to act not frustrated about while in front of my customer.. Ridiculous. Who are the people who in charge of all this? Them and the people that decided denim was the way to go need to GTFO
