If you are craft the GATT rate (or PBGC rate if they're using that) only changes 4 times a year, correct?
I made $140,000 in my 401k this year! Is that good?
The gatt rate would be the end of August for the fourth quarter. 1.36% for October November December. If you are a manager the gatt rate changes every month.

You should definitely let homemade break sit for a few hours before just lightly kneading, otherwise the gluten connections are too uniform, making the bread dense.

It isn’t on the official IRS website yet but I have seen it listed on several other reliable sites as 1.36%. It will be listed as the August gatt rate which will be the rate used for 4th quarter Verizon union lump sum pensions
