If Jamie was a man he would say the fault is with him and his management team for not having the right processes and the right checks in place. Who throws the bottom level employees under the bus? If JPM is engaged in fraud, Jamie needs to be fired and his income of the last year clawed back, same with the management team who was covering these areas.
