Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

Verizon 2.0 it’s pretty much a joke, they talk about how it’s suppose to be about employee and customer experience. “Really”, they don’t give two f—s about the employee just a body in the store, everyone can complain about anythings here and there but nothing will ever get done employees don’t have a voice at all. Employees complained about commission structure, company does nothing... complains about the new scheduling , company does nothing, doesn’t really matter what employee complains about they won’t do anything about it, Verizon it’s all about them and nothing towards employee. Here are some extra vacation time that you can use on the days you want off what a joke. They really could give two f—s about employees voice. What they really need to worry is about all the overpaid people on top that is not doing anything for the company. For all I care get rid of Hans ever since he came in the picture this company has been going downhill.

This 2.0 stuff is a total JOKE.... better move on to 3.0 fast because 2.0 was an utter failure. We have snowflakes at the helm of Verizon it would seem. Time to go back to VERIZON 1.0 FOR A CHANGE and get things done right. Don't get me wrong, I am OK with change! However, this 2.0 is change just to have change and make the chaos theory look easy. So people need to be fired over this 2.0 business!

In northern New England if you are under 80% I think the GM has to go on a conference call at 8 AM. So another conference call so you can leave early?
