Not garbage, the CEO has a vision that doesn’t align with yours (ours). She’s paid to make tough decisions to keep the Company afloat, then there are the VPs that steer the ship, and ultimately the dumb–s directors that should help navigate it. The director level - now they are the dipshits of the company for promoting id–ts not deserving of the title. They are the rot that spreads up and down the organization
