120k stick refresh, in escrow for how many years? 10? 5?....handed out quarterly. Where you pay the average stock cost over last 3 months, every quarter...how much did you actually make after taxes. $5k.
In some European countries the Base band for IC2 Level have been moved upwards to the minimum 1/3 of the IC3 Level. Which resulted in 2017/2018 into a up to 16% pay raise during a two year period.
On Top if you are in OCI than your chance to get a stock option which compensate up to 10K USD per year might be an option, but as ORCL stock did not get up 2 60USD per share you will never earn your compensation after tax ;-)
The legal guy/gal is a bold face liar. No way he got any of those numbers. Legal department is lose cases left and right. He/She will probably be out of a job by the end of the year.
