The only way to make real change is to stop doing the Pulse survey. When they know we don't care, they'll figure something out. I have never done one and never will. They don't care to know what I really think. Oh wait Brian... How did you know I didn't do it?

Our store had a skip level after pointing out real issues with management. We pointed out the “ do as I say, not as I do” mentality of our leaders and the lack of accountability for our GM. We were told by a director “be careful what you wish for” and “maybe you should self reflect”. How is it when a whole store speaks up for what’s right, we are wrong? Our highest leaders wouldn’t know integrity if it bit them on the a–. When will empathy training be given where it’s needed?? After almost a decade it’s sad to see where our “forward thinking” company is headed.

I’ve done the Pulse surveys since they’ve come out. Honest and many negative comments. Nothing ever happened about it. Never a mention or retaliation whatsoever.

Anonymous ... lol ... I get a text and emails to take the surveys. How do they expect honest feedback when they blatantly lie to us. In my previous company, they did the same thing . Many of us took the surveys with honesty . When they had cuts, the ones that provided “anonymous” negative feedback.
