So LTIH was offered a chance at telephonic positions. Now they are offering other opportunities for inbound nurses and other positions for telephonic? Verifying this as it seems not all HAH case managers were given this opportunity! Someone with insight please reply

It’s funny that someone posted that internal jobs and applying are a waste of time, as they are. What a joke.
Where did you hear the program is ending?
I’m wondering.. I have been case manager with Humana at Home program for 8 years. Now program is ending. Are the telephonic managers in house also getting Laid off?
That is a fact! If they only give preference for a particular person or if they have been in a recent RIF, why can’t they post it separately to avoid associates wasting their time?!
Im glad to hear they were offered positions because applying for open positions is useless. They sometimes get 400 applications for each opening. A lot of times they already know who they are going to hire, they just post the positions because they have to.
Inbound, chronic care management, and telephonic transitions. Hcms were asked if interested to make lateral moves.
So telephonic case managers have been split into two areas. Case managers receiving calls from members at the inbound number 1-888-777-**** Are considered inbound. Not sure if that includes the triage team. Nurses who are on teams that make calls to members through the draw next process are considered outgoing. So we used to have rosters and called members from our rosters but now we are in one big bucket and use draw next for outgoing calls and are separated geographically
