I am pretty sure if EF T&V ceased to exist tomorrow no one would notice. That entire group is useless. I used to be part of the group and I’m glad a left. It felt like time travel back to the mid 1990’s. Everything is so dated and antiquated. The Sr Director who runs the “team” lost touch with reality decades ago. His COO is a master in creating red tap for others to simply justify her existence. That’s without counting the psychology major making 200k year working from home doing “special projects” for the last 7 years. A complete waste of money and human energy!!!
The All Hands calls and offsite leadership meetings are a case study of paralysis analysis and what it does to organizations. You can hear your IQ dropping a few points every time you attend one of their All Hands. I will never forget the time when someone started snoring on the phone, so loud that you could feel Pappas embarrassment. Oh my!!! RIP EF T&V.
