FB/Netflix can’t exist without ISP. Who is more valuable and pays employees better?

That's true. Without wireline, wireless phones would be less effective than a good set of walkie-talkies.

Sure, there is wireless but in the end, everything is still running using wire lines (mainly on optical wire lines).
I think that's what the original poster must have meant.

So... now 6G?
Which means one thing for sure, it’s another factor of G. I’m going to go get some pizza, again. I’m still a little hungry. That’s why I say, “Don’t Buy into a horse farm if you want to hear violins”

Before any of your doom and gloom happens , let me finish out another 6 years in my position, get my buyout and close the book.. I have been breaking my rear end trying to look busy and stay awake for years now, don’t want to end this run on a bad note. It might sound great, but it takes patience and dedication to be a “rover”....

Dieing Verizon borrowed lots of money to buy profitable Wireless Companies to rebuild Verizon. Unfortunately might be to late to the game.

Sell of Wireline and watch all the dinosaur management stiffs grovel to land at the nearest big box retailer or uber eats. Wireless brings in all the revenue and just a matter of time before they sell of wireline so that the next acquirer can be forced into bankruptcy, like all of the other companies who acquired VZ wireline properties.

Lowell referred to T-Mobile as the JV team. Since that point in time, T-Mobile has kicked our double digit wireless profit margins to the low single digits.

Also, the wireline vs. wireless needs to go away. it's getting old.

We can all agree on one thing, Blowell Mcadams was a DISGRACE. Imagine, being a millionaire, yet being a failure and being upstaged, easily, by a freaking foreigner hahaha

People are still pumping VZ wireless? Please, it’s not 2009 anymore lol. The so-called “bargain“ or “discount” or whatever the disgraced Lowell McAdam taunted & referred to them as have devastatingly chipped away at VZW’s lead, that’s for sure.

The new T-Mobile/Sprint will be a formidable player and continue to gain ground. We are also falling behind in the overrated 5G farce as well.

Oh and customers want and are clamoring for Fios internet, as they continue to cut the cord and are stuck with the cable internet monopoly.

Yeah Verizon wireless. Good one

"it's really all about Wireline!" Not anymore. Wireless brings in the lion's share of revenue, has been for over 10 years. Most wireline is in play to be sold to Frontier post-bankruptcy.
