The reason for the decision to have the layoffs each last week of the month no to overwhelm HR with the severance process. The layoff process implemented is from the Boston Consulting Group, BCG, This is the company Truist has retained to achieve innovate and achieve sustainable competitive advantage in this industry.

When was it said that there would be layoffs during the last week of every month? Was it discussed in a meeting of some sort?

Week of the 21st will be another round, last week of every month. I have no idea which departments, just the knowledge that this is their action plan for laying off employees and tightening the efficiency ratio bank wide.

It's ridicules, They RIF several people in the department and divide their work to the remaining few employees and asking for efficiencies in the workflow process I'm the stupid one just getting trampled by the SVPs. I should have left years ago.
