Mass email to update teamworks profiles, rings any bells?? Oh yeah MN said they’ll use these profiles when chopping/tossing people around!

Lol do you mean talent profiles? That’s different than your teamwork’s profile and those have been being used for years by good leaders to showcase their talent. Nothing wrong with keeping it up to date and you really should. Otherwise you’re quite literally just a number and name on some spreadsheet when time comes for cuts. Flaunt your worth folks.
Why would they use profiles in teamworks vs Peoplesoft HR? You know the place where the employee hierarchy, performance ratings and comp number exist.
