Thread regarding Bed Bath & Beyond layoffs

CEO

Mark had no real plan to move things in the right direction. He was simply a pawn for Wall Street to ultimately line their pockets. The guy who started the removal of Tamares has moved on and is no longer involved. What a coward (I will find his name and post).

Wait until the company files for bankruptcy and you find out how much the board gave him and other execs as a “retention bonus” to stay and see the company thought the bankruptcy. Common practice.

To the ones trying to defend Mark not sure if you are aware of his little salary of 13,500.00 a year plus all his stock and more... So while he is firing everyone he is earning all this money.. sure he cares about his people 🤣

Mark, you greedy SOB. You're only out to take care of your buddies in Wallstreet and the ones you hired. I wouldn't put out the fire if I saw you burning in the street. I hope you burn in hell where you belong. Disgusting.

Wow! You should be running the company? Where have you been a CEO? All the layoffs are horrid but you cannot make a silly statement like that. Whatever plans MT had were ended when the Pandemic came. Do you really think he wanted to fail.? I know many are bitter..I am too but it seems more and more people think they could have done better running a huge corporation
