Silver peak to rescue Aruba division. Unit is loaded with Fresh graduates out of college and old dead wood.
10% decline y/y. Partially, industry wide slowdown. But Aruba WiFi was losing market share b4 C-19.
When you hire mostly fresh H1-Bs, no other leading tech want, and you retain only H1-Bs because of demoralizing HPE culture, poor results follow!!
