Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

When does the WIM Operations hammer drop?

We’ve got a great combo of low span ratios, overlapping job functions, and new WIM CEO. There is plenty to cut here, when does it begin, has anyone heard?

This started yesterday with our structured and market link Products desk getting their notices. So less choices for FAs to choose. The better alternative is to take out middle managers who add no value. Let’s not fool ourselves, if the place can still run well when you are gone, it means you should go. Don’t take out the lower servant workers.

I do the work of 5 people and get results and have been through the interview for your job gauntlet last fall.

They are enriching themselves on the top and cutting workers who serve customers. They say customers are their #1 but that is false. Pretty soon this place will be just middle managers who don’t do jack.
