Yes it’s true! The Humana at Home ln
Home care management program is being transitioned to telephonic. The network was relieved of their duties a few weeks ago. The associate side of in home care mgmt( Were notified yesterday of their positions being dismissed with a last date of work in November. Employees are eligible for severance or to find another role within Humana. So sad.

Care managers were all offered guaranteed telephonic jobs if we want them so for us I think Humana showed they are trying.

So long Humana care management network. Email sent out announcing sun setting of programs for LTIH and Transitions with complete dissolution by November- moving all current members that meet their criteria to associate telephonic only.

No longer visiting members at home for LTIH and Transitions. Positions eliminated. Sadly...the home programs were well received by members.
