Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Who knows what happened to the employees who used to comment on every article in Teamworks?

You know the ones. I'm especially curious about the handful who constantly tried to hold leadership accountable. Comments disappeared not long after the Chase gang started moving in. Any of those brave souls still have jobs? I can't remember any of their names.

It’s also promoted in the 2020 Proxy Statement under “Team Member Listening Program” on page 53.

Allowing commenting on TW requires monitoring and moderating - I.e. labor. Just one more luxury left over from boom times that WF can't afford any longer.

Thank you for another wonderful article. Where else could anyone get that type of info in such an ideal way of writing? I have a presentation next week, and I am on the look for such info.

They shut commenting down in March when covid started.

After the scandals broke the comments started getting more negative. Many started calling out management on things that never went answered. They also restricted many LOB's from commenting claiming it was restricted for "regulated" users.

All I remember ever seeing (what few I actually looked at) were generally supportive and "cheer leading". It wouldn't be a very smart move to post critical remarks on some teamworks article.

Shutting down comments is to promote "candor". Don't you know.

I still find it amusing how quickly they shut down comments on articles, with no reasoning. Quite impressive way to show people who is in charge and what they actually care about.

Just checked several that I recalled from an article from over a year ago- they are all still active.

Think you could look up some old articles and look them up in the directory.. they don’t delete them, just get buried under more recent news.
