Is it kosher to save and store my Mid-Year Review? I am assuming I can take a photo and nobody will know? But can I screenshot it or download it?

Not true. Guy on my team got busted for sending his W-2 and his performance review via secure Voltage to his personal email address (it counted as two separate incidents and it's on his personnel recorsd permanently).
Just because you haven't gotten caught, doesn't mean you're following procedures correctly.

I'm amazed at how many people glossed over this stuff, especially when WF is looking for reasons to terminate staff for cause.
Voltage is permitted to use when you send your personal stuff to your personal email address. Been doing it forever.

they wont pay you usa wages, so just take pictures of customer data and sell it on the dark web.
Cover the camera on your laptop and snap away with your personal iPhone. There’s absolutely no way they will know you took a photo. Ya it may be a policy violation but they won’t know. And it’s not like management has been super ethical either. I have photos of of my reviews.
Any document pertaining to you, you are entitled to a copy. You can cut and paste into a word doc and even email it to your personal email using the “secured” email option. As long as you’re not emailing customer account info (names, addresses, balances, TINs)or company documents like p&ps, etc. you’re OK. I speak from personal experience. On the other hand, using a camera to take screen shots, that’s a violation of company policy and can get you in trouble. If in doubt, you can always talk to someone in technology connection about appropriate use of encrypted mail and what’s allowed and not. That’s how I know.
