So why can we only hit a 1.3 on commissions. It makes us not want to sale more as a manager I totally agree what is the point. The company makes more the DM and above make more and are on the old comp plans. Lock you computer James or don’t leave CCRS open on the computers on the floor. DMs and up can get 2.0 and make more money but we are stuck only getting to 1.3. If that doesn’t show the leaders are out of touch with the front line I don’t know what would.

Except, as a GM i can get a 1.3 multiplier on sales, then ANOTHER 1.5 Multiplier on Experience, just my reps can. Extend it out, that’s a 1.95 multiplier, which we all hit this month. Sorry if you can’t understand your pay structure gumdrop, better luck next time

I was too until I saw it for my self GMs down con only hit a 1.3 max but “leaders” can still get a 2.0 and RIS does not effect them. They are talking out both sides their mouth.

I am not saying you are wrong, I’m just saying I’m under the impression we are all on similar comp plans.

In this new pay model, SMs, DMs and Directors have just been made obsolete - as if they weren't before. No reason for them at all. GMs can work with a couple of Lead Reps, HR, Trainers, & Operations and accomplish everything needed to operate a Retail Store given this new structure and roll directly to Retail VPs. Other companies operate that way. There is zero reason to keep all of those layers of management on the payrolls. Do us all a favor and get rid of the DMs and Directors. All they do is deliver beatdowns for Touch Less metrics, ARD, and Insurance and those beatdowns were all suppose to be gone with One Team structure and "new method of coaching," so they are NOT practicing the new model/method.

I'm not sure why people are 'down-voting' the comment that DM's are on the same comp plan structure. It's not someones opinion. It's a fact. To say otherwise is lying. It's all in the comp plan that's available for all to see.
