Antonio thinks he’s making the best decisions to prop up HPE stock. I think HPE will be a penny stock in the near term. Just constant poor decision making by the board and CEO.

I don’t know? Hmm, maybe prove he’s a human being not just a corporate hack. He’s proven he can lay-off thousands during a pandemic and purchase another company for a billion dollars. How about have a unique idea of your own. How about empower innovation within the company. Amazon started off selling used books. Google started as a search engine. These companies have only been around a couple decades. Two decades is about how long HP/HPE has been holding their annual/bi-annual/now monthly/ soon to be weekly layoffs.

@1tbd+169dwYca "HPE is a mess. Neri needs to go."

So you think another new CEO is the answer? What do you think any new CEO could do to turn things around?

These types of articles are only shared on LinkedIn where people are afraid to give their opinion.

This is literally just an attempt to boost morale.

When WFR’s are being issued, we thought we’d preserve cash flow within the company.... Well... we were only just allowing Neri to purchase a company, dish out dividends, and donate all of what we had left to donate to smaller companies. The latter is probably the only acceptable thing but probably not for $2billion. All this showed us that Neri was not thinking about his employees.

Zero effort went in to preserve headcount. I thought wage cuts were going to do this, but they didn’t. I’ve done the math, cutting wages for the company would have saved an extraordinary amount of money... but the issue is that HPE isn’t bringing in a lot of money... so how are they able to do everything they were able to do?

HPE is a mess. Neri needs to go.

Real leaders are the ones who take care of their employees. If you are the CEO, what would you do ? Aruba SD WAN is not taking off after investing few billions in the last 4 years. Antonio has to make a decisive move by acquiring silver peak. If not, he will lose the SD WAN market.
But he needs to treat existing employees with respect and compassion, not throw them under bus during this corona pandemic.

It is all about the relative comparison. Compared to Carly and Leo he is a Genius. Poor HPE can’t hire anyone with a clue.

Heart, this Jack a** laid off thousands in the middle of a pandemic. Lied about his reasoning for reducing wages and then layoffs. Then spends almost a billion dollars buying another company. F**k him! He’s just a puppet. Sleep well Antonio.
