Nimble will be hit badly- lot of unwanted folks
Many have been ‘hit’ but they don’t yet know. New DXC strategy does not inform the employee on the effective layoff date. Employee only finds out two weeks later when there is no paycheck.
Saddest part of it is, many will stay at DXC even with this abusive policy. After all, if the last three years have not opened their eyes, nothing will.
